Hotaling of 117 Ninth Ave, who works at Rollarama in Rotterdam, met the girl there and “ a relationship was initiated,” the release says.

Hotaling was charged with first-degree and second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, both felonies, and with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
